Valentine's Day Grapevine Wreath

Grapevine wreaths make decorating so easy. No matter what the holiday, you can always attach something to them so that they fit the season.

Today I decided to add red hearts and paper roses. Paper roses are simple to make - scroll to see the directions. I made mine out of red paper to match the hearts I painted, but you can make the roses to match your decor.

These roses can also be added to card stock for a simple valentine or on top of a gift for a sweet decoration.
