This time of year Santa and I have meatless dinners on Friday. Very often that means some type of fish. Tonight we are having a Fisherman’s platter. This means I’m making tartar sauce. Below you will find my recipe.
The Best Tartar Sauce
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup finely chopped dill pickles
1 tsp dried dill
1 tbsp finely chopped fresh parsley
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
1 tablespoon chopped shallots
Mix all ingredients together and enjoy!
