If there’s a holiday, you know I’m making a dessert. I couldn’t resist the ready-made royal icing rainbows and clovers. As soon as I saw them I knew what I was going to use them for. Now, I know you can hand make these kind of things, but there’s a corned beef to cook, March Madness basketball brackets to figure out and numerous other things to get done before tomorrow, so today I’m not going to worry about that! 😉 Enjoy your day!
