St. Patrick's Day Banner


Today I thought it would be fun to show you how to make a banner to decorate your home for St. Patrick’s Day.

I used paper bags that have handles to make the banner portion (scroll to see). Then I printed out shamrocks that I designed on the computer. I decided to leave a little white around each shamrock when I cut it out, so it would give it a little more dimension.

What I like about this project is everything you need is probably already in your recycling bin. You know I am a big fan of upcycling. You don’t even have to print out the shamrocks you can cut them out and have the little ones color them in or you could even let them draw on each banner flag so that it is personalized for your home. That’s the best part of creating things yourself - it reflects you and your family! ❤️
