Pay a Compliment Day

Today is Pay a Compliment Day.

I decided to celebrate today by writing this poem before heading outside.

You love their hat,

They look so nice,

Say something sweet,

Don’t think twice,

It tastes so great,

They cook so well,

Just take the time,

And please tell,

A trusted friend,

Or someone new,

A compliment,

Out of the blue.

Nothing cheers a person up more than hearing someone say something nice to them and although there shouldn’t be a specific day to this, today can be used as a simple reminder.

I printed out a few of these flyers and hung them up in random locations.
