Irish Butter

☘️ A little St. Patrick’s Day kitchen magic…


I blended fresh thyme and chives into soft @kerrygoldusa butter, rolled it in parchment, and sliced a little green butter coin to melt over hot mashed potatoes.


It’s such a simple way to make something ordinary feel just a little more special.


Sometimes the smallest touches make the coziest meals. ☘️🥔🧈
