Easter Bunny Cupcakes


Easter bunny cupcakes are a snap to make with marshmallow ears!


Frost lemon cupcakes with cream cheese frosting and then dip into a bowl of sweeten coconut flakes. Tap off the excess and set aside. Next cut a regular sized marshmallow diagonally and dip the cut end into pink colored sugar. Place the two halves into the frosted cupcake. That’s all there is to it - bunny cupcakes.


Put the cupcakes on a dish with a ceramic bunny for a festive Easter dessert display.
