🥥 Coconut Nest Cookies (5 simple ingredients)

• 2 ½ cups sweetened shredded coconut

• 2/3 cup sweetened condensed milk

• 1 tsp vanilla extract

• 1 egg white

• Mini chocolate eggs

Preheat oven to 325°F.

Mix coconut, condensed milk, and vanilla.

Whip egg white until foamy, then gently fold in.

Scoop onto a parchment-lined tray and press a small nest shape in the center.

Bake 18–22 minutes until lightly golden.

While warm, press the center again if needed and add mini eggs.
