Remember cupcakes freeze very well. You can keep frosted cupcakes in the freezer for up to three months. Place your cupcakes into strong freezer bags. Put them in one at a time, carefully so they sit flat and then seal the bag. When you get a craving for a cupcake, simply remove one from the freezer and thaw at room temperature.
