Celebrate Global Cat Day


Today I’m asking you to defend and protect our other furry best friend - the cat. Global Cat Day was started with this exact purpose in mind.


The Global Cat Day Pledge includes the fundamental principle that all cats have the right to live their lives, and it guides everything you can do to protect cats. You can learn more by visiting globalcatday.org and even sign the pledge if you’d like.

My cat (pictured) is a rescue that came from the local shelter. He is a constant source of compassion, entertainment and is loved immensely, so this day is very important to me.
