Accordion Fold Valentine's Day Heart

In December I showed you how to make this craft with Christmas cards. I tried it with some pink hued card stock for Valentine’s Day hearts and I actually like the effect even better.

Instead of keeping the hearts exactly the same with the accordion fold and skewer weaved through the center as in the Christmas project, I decided to change it up a bit and make each one slightly different. The bottom was just dressed up with some leftover pink carnations I had from a topiary project. Everything is held in place with a fast food soda holder - swipe to see.

Add a bottle of champagne and maybe some strawberries dipped in chocolate to surprise your favorite Valentine.
